Refunds are not given on ebooks or signed paperbacks. If you purchase the wrong ebook in error and have NOT downloaded it yet, we will happily exchange it for another ebook of the same value. We are unable to provide exchanges once a book has been downloaded.
Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases on ebooks, paperbacks, or other physical products.
We use Bookfunnel to deliver the ebooks. If you have trouble and cannot load the book via Bookfunnel, there are instructions included in your purchase with details for them to help you.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Please note Victoria M. Patton/Whiskey and Writing, LLC will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or has a change of mind.
For packages lost in transit, or for an unsuccessful delivery, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. When placing your order, please make sure you type in the correct address. If the wrong address is entered, no refund will be given. If we enter the incorrect address, we will be responsible for any cost to reship the item or refund the amount of purchase.
